About Organisation

Loakparshid is an organization of active social, political and cultural activists and youths believing in change. It is also a platform of people having a comprehensive outlook on human rights, social and economic equality, and political participation. It works for nation-building, pluralism, multiculturalism and equality in society. It organizes the debate, discussion, consultation, training on contemporary subjects and interpersonal relationship of human beings. 

About Youth Camp
In today’s competitive world youths are lagging behind in terms of personality development and social responsibility. They are compelled to live in a stressful environment. They face problems of livelihood as well as mitigating different contradictions and challenges of development of positive interpersonal relations. With this objective, a one-day youth camp on “Youth: Context and Challenges” is being organized. In this context, an understanding of these issues will be tried to reach for youths. Besides this, youths will also clarify their role in identifying their abilities to address the challenges of the present time. 

Eligibility

Youths of Patna, in the age group of 18-30 years, who are making efforts for a dignified livelihood and certainty, and are concerned about the current situation in the country can participate in the programme.

The objective of the programme

• To develop the understanding of the concept of society, nation & development and present challenges amongst youths. 
• To develop the analytical understanding about constitutional values and perceptions from human right’s angle about contemporary situations amongst youths. 
• To provide platform for youths coming from different background and different regions to share their experiences and ideas of youths.

Important association
         This camp for youth shall be held on the Second Saturday of every month (A notice shall be mailed of any change in the schedule of the programme). A participant has to participate in at least four camps (a camp of three months) every year.  Participants who have participated in the first camp will have to participate in all camps organized every three months.

युवा: संदर्भ और चुनौतियाँ

एक दिवसीय शिविर

संगठन के बारे में :

लोकपरिषद परिवर्तन की इच्छा रखने वाले सक्रिय सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक कार्यकर्ताओं तथा युवाओं का एक संगठन है। यह मानवाधिकार, सामाजिक, आर्थिक समानता, राजनीतिक भागीदारी पर समग्र दृष्टिकोण रखने वाले क्रियाशील लोगों का एक मंच है। राष्ट्र, बहुलतावाद और समतामूलक समाज निर्माण की परिकल्पना व प्रक्रिया के लिए काम करती है। इसके अंतर्गत व्यक्ति के अंतरसंबंधों और समसामयिक विषयों पर संचार, संवाद, समेकन और संवर्धन के लिएशिविर, गोष्ठी, परिचर्चा,प्रशिक्षण तथा सम्मेलन का आयोजन करती है।

कार्यक्रम के बारे में :

आज का युवा प्रतिस्पर्धा के दौर में व्यक्तित्व विकास और सामाजिक दायित्व से छूटते जा रहे हैं, और वे तनावपूर्ण माहौल में जीवन जीने को विवश हैं। इनके सामने अपने आजीविका के साथ-साथ विविध अंतर्द्वंदों को कम करने तथा सकारात्मक अंतर्संबंध का विकास एक बड़ी चुनौती है। इसी उद्देश्य को लेकर “युवा : सन्दर्भ और चुनौतियाँ” विषय पर एक दिवसीय युवा संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस सन्दर्भ में युवाओं के लिए इन मुद्दों पर एक समग्र समझ बनाने की कोशिश की जाएगी साथ-ही-साथ वर्तमान चुनौतियों से जूझने और उससे पार-पाने में अपनी क्षमताओं को चिन्हित करते हुये अपनी तमाम परिस्थितियों के साथ अपनी भूमिका स्पष्ट करेंगे।

पात्रता:

कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्र व समाज की वर्तमान परिस्थितियों से चिंतित पटना के 18 से 30 वर्ष के ऐसे युवा जो अपने सम्मानपूर्ण आजीविका और भविष्य की निश्चिंतता के लिए प्रयासरत हैं कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य:

• युवाओं में राष्ट्र, समाज तथा विकास की संकल्पना तथा उसके वर्तमान चुनौतियों की समझ विकसित करना।
• युवाओं में संवैधानिक मूल्यों तथा मानव अधिकार के दृष्टिकोण से समसामयिक परिस्थितियों के विश्लेषण की समझ पैदा करना।
• विभिन्न क्षेत्रों तथा अलग-अलग परिवेशों से आये युवाओं का आपसी अनुभवों तथा विचारों का आदान-प्रदान एवं समाज विकसित करना।

आवश्यक सम्बद्धता:

          यह शिविर प्रत्येक माह के दुसरे शनिवार को किया जायेगा (किसी विशेष परिस्थिति में पूर्व सुचना के साथ इसमें बदलाव किया जा सकता है). किसी भी एक प्रतिभागी को वर्ष के कम से कम 4 शिविर (प्रत्येक 3 माह पर एक) में शामिल होना अनिवार्य है. पहले शिविर में शामिल प्रतिभागी को तीन महीने बाद वाले कैंप में शामिल होना है. वर्ष में 4 शिविर में शामिल होने वाले प्रतिभागी को प्रमाण-पत्र दिया जायेगा.
